Meet Our Team
Front Desk Team
- Emmaly, our office manager, and Lisa, our patient coordinator, greet every patient with warmth and efficiency. They manage scheduling, registration, and financial matters with clarity and care.
Clinical Team
- Ileana and Brenda are certified dental assistants with expanded functions (EDDA). They provide preventive care and hygiene services, and assist Dr. Dietrich during clinical procedures. Their experience and professionalism help ensure every visit is smooth, safe, and comfortable.
Meet Dr. René Dietrich
General Dentist with Advanced Training in Implants, Invisalign®, and Hospital-Based Care
Dr. René Dietrich is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for clinical excellence, advanced technology, and patient-centered care. After earning his dental degree, Dr. Dietrich completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) — a year-long hospital-based training program that equipped him to treat patients with complex medical conditions, dental emergencies, and special care needs.
During this advanced training, he gained extensive experience in:
- Managing dental trauma and surgical cases
- Treating patients with conditions like heart disease and cancer
- Providing care in hospital settings and working alongside medical teams
- Performing procedures under sedation when needed
In addition to his hospital-based training, Dr. Dietrich has formal education in dental implants and Invisalign® treatment. He has been placing and restoring dental implants since 1998 and offering Invisalign treatment since 2004, helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles using esthetic and minimally invasive techniques.
With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Dietrich is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care — always guided by integrity, precision, and the goal of building long-term trust with every patient.

The General Practice Residency (GPR) program is designed for advanced clinical and didactic training in general dentistry with intensive hospital experience at the postdoctoral level. GPR programs provide instruction and experience in the delivery of care to a wide range of ambulatory and hospitalized patients. This training and exposure prepares dentists to obtain privileges at local hospitals once in private practice. Most GPR programs are sponsored by either a hospital or a hospital affiliated institution such as a dental school.

The purpose of this pilot study was to investigate the response of hypoplastic temporomandibular joints (TMJs) to mandibular distraction osteogenesis. This preliminary study describes changes in 2 male patients with unilateral craniofacial microsomia who were 5 years of age at the time of surgery.
