At Dietrich Dental, you are assured of exceptional customer service, and we are fully aware of the hectic demands on your time. In light of this, we have structured our office hours to enable you to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. Unlike most dental offices, you will not have to wait to be checked in upon arrival. We schedule our appointments in a way designed so that you will not have to wait very long before you are actually seen. If you are an Existing Patient and have an after hours emergency, please call us and leave a message. We will return your call as quickly as possible.

All requests will be answered in a period of 24 hours from Monday to Thursday, and the next Monday when received by Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. If you must reschedule an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of 1 business days notice, since changes in appointments affect other patients as well as our staff. If you cancel without notice, a cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
